please come to consult the site of the " Aziyadé’s logis ".  
We propose you our gîte for 4 to 5 persons situated in Charente-Maritime around 20 miles of Rochefort, La Rochelle and Niort.  
We also propose you the formula in room in a guest house.  
 
The gîte is situated in an ancient farm builted in 1860.  
It was renewed in 1994. 
It measures approximately 60 m2.  
It understands:  
In the floor : 
* a big room with custom lounge, dining room and kitchen  
* a bathroom with washbasin, shower cabin and w.c.  
The kitchen includes: oven, microoven, refrigerator, electric patches, basket, kitchen sink.  
At the first floor : 
* a 12 m2 room with a double bed.  
* a 9m2 room with a double bed and a single bed.  
Possibility of baby's bed. Sofa reads.  
Television. Internet Wifi connection. 
Garden furniture, barbecue.  
Pleasure garden in front of the gîte.  
 
 
Rates and booking.  
 
Electricity included at the rate of 5/kw in the daytime.  
July and August: 445 euro the week.  
June, September and Easter holidays: 420 euro the week.  
Other periods: 375 euro the week.  
Failed weekend: 320 euro (from Friday 16.00 till Monday 10.00).  
Rent in the overnight stay following possibilities.  
Possibility, on inquiry in the booking of: 
* rent of sheets: 10 € by pair  
* rent of bathroom linen: 8 € a person  
* fails household(housework): 50 €
